French Dressing

by ALEXA

Fresh greens season is upon us! Here’s a tangy little French Dressing to jazz up your next salad.

French Dressing

In blender, blend until smooth:

1/3 cup gluten-free KETCHUP (Organicville® is a tasty brand)
1/4 cup ONION
1/4 cup OLIVE OIL
2 tablespoons Bragg’s APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
1 teaspoon PAPRIKA
1/4 teaspoon GARLIC POWDER
1/4 teaspoon SEA SALT
1/8 teaspoon BLACK PEPPER

Serve on a bed of fresh greens.

I used to loooooove French and Catalina dressings! The only way I would eat salad when I was young and naive! Thanks for another great recipe. I will try this because my dad LOVES ketchup and I know he’ll like this and so will my mom. Pete, not so much on the ketchup front. But I’m good at tricking him 🙂

This sounds wonderful! I have a salad that I love to make that is delicious with French dressing but not a big fan of the store boughts. This one sounds delish, especially now that we are officially in the triple digits here in AZ and I am craving salads.
Thanks for posting, Lexie!
