10 High Protein Power Bars & Balls

It never fails. Usually it’s around 11:00 and 4:00 that I crave a snack—a little sustenance to get me through until the next meal. I try really hard to not dive for a bag of potato chips—although I do more often than I’d like to admit!

So I decided that I needed some high protein power bar inspiration and went a huntin’ for recipes that call for 10 ingredients of less (and were gluten-free and vegan). I think I found some real winners and can hardly wait to start making my way through this tasty list of high protein power bars. I hope you are inspired to break out that food processor and join me in some high protein power bars (and balls) fun!

Do you have a favorite high protein power snack? One that’s portable and easy to make?
